Roger and Michelle are a husband and wife team who enjoy meeting new people and sharing our home with them.  Our goal is for guests to have a comfortable night\u2019s sleep, in a relaxing place, and wake well rested to a delicious breakfast.  We mix the pestige and detail of this Victorian Era home with modern, comfortable amenities.  When staying with us, you are always among friends and family.  At the Hatch House, our home is your home.<\/p>\n

The Hatch House Bed and Breakfast opened in 2019, but it wasn\u2019t always a bed and breakfast\u2026<\/p>\n

The Hatch House Bed and Breakfast is part of the Historic District of Towanda Pennsylvania.  It was originally commissioned by Charles L Tracy, the president of the First National Bank of Towanda and partern in the Humphrey Brothers and Tracy Shoe Factory.  Construction was begun in 1888 and completed in 1889 as the residence of the Tracey Family.  Mr. Tracy\u2019s affiliation with the bank is evident in that some of the architectural details replicated from the edifice of the bank building, i.e. the arches abot the first floor windows and the detailed customized tiles on the chimney.<\/span><\/p>\n

T<\/span>he house has had many purposes over the years, including residence, Baptist Church, and now the Bed and Breakfast.  <\/span><\/p>\n
